November Games with Gold have been announced by Major Nelson today!

There are some real quality games available for November starting with Battlefield 1 for Xbox One and Assassins Creed on Xbox 360 on November 1st. Then on November 16th you can download Race to the Sun on Xbox One and Dante’s Inferno on Xbox 360. Don’t forget all Xbox 360 Games with Gold games are backwards compatible.

 

Battlefield 1

This is the big game this month and what a game to be given away! If you’re not familiar, Battlefield 1 is a first person shooter set in World War 1 developed by EA DICE and published by EA. It is the current main entry in the Battlefield series. It was considered a commercial success and was well received by critics.

 

Race the Sun

An endless running game developed and published by indie developer Flippfly. In Race the Sun you fly a solar powered spaceship trying to dodge a variety of obstacles. You can collect a number of power-ups along the way to help you to the games end. The end game is when you hit an object or the sun sets.

 

Assassins Creed

This is where the franchise began. An action adventure game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. The game is split between 2 different time periods. One being 1191 during the third crusade, playing as a member of the assassins named Altair and his fight against the Templars. The other is set in the modern day, playing as Desmond Miles who is using a machine called the “Animus”. This machine enables Desmond to access and control genetic memories of his ancestor, who happens to be Altair.

 

Dante’s Inferno

An action game developed by Visceral Games and published by EA. The game is based on the 14th century epic poem Inferno written by Dante Alighieri. Dante’s inferno follows Dante, a Templar knight fighting through the nine circles of hell to rescue his lover Beatrice.
