Fortnite season 6 is finally here, with a brand new theme of all things spooky. Bats, skeletons, and witches are just a few things to name that feature, in this upcoming season with events on the ma. Revolving around the mystery cube that has dissolved into loot lake.
With a new season comes new rewards through the battle pass, the battle pass once again has 100 tiers of Fortnite good news with over 1500 V bucks up for grabs! Screensavers, pickaxes, back bling and more are available if you are willing to grind your way to the top of the battle pass ladder. A new addition this time around are pets, pets come in different forms and colours, first up is mans best friend a dog called Bonesy with Camo the chameleon being your next unlock, lastly Scales the dragon who will be watching your back while you hunt for that elusive Victory Royale.
The cube has left marks on the floor from where it once stood. With these markings now glowing, what could they mean? Well, we are sure by the end of season 6 we will find out. The cube has changed the map for the better or worse you decide with floating islands, storms approaching and wildlife growing at rapid rates, glide in when you can and see what secrets you can discover.
Shadow Stones are a consumable that was left behind on the sites the cube has visited, these grant you invisibility when stationary and increased speed and jump height while moving but beware they also leave a trail of smoke behind leading enemies right to your very location.
A new season also means a new patch coming in at 10.49GB. While it may be large not only does it give you improvements to gameplay such as Custom Controller Bindings but also bug fixes such as Players are no longer prevented from changing equipment when firing the Grappler while switching weapons as well.
