When DontNod Entertainment and Square Enix announced the original Life is Strange game, there was key interest and scepticism. Telltale Games appeared to have the market cornered with episodic games, what did a company who had created Remember Me know about a deep narrative adventure?
It turns out that not only did they create a gut wrenching tale about teenage angst, it also incorporated supernatural powers and a story about mixed emotions and love.

Life is Strange 2 has since become incredibly anticipated, DontNod Entertainment know this and spent a great amount of time and effort making sure season 2 is as memorable as the first. The game has an all new set of characters and a new game engine to give us a whole new adventure with different variables and obstacles.
Sean and Daniel Diaz are on a journey away from their Seattle home, where real world issues of police racism and social injustices have torn their life apart. The brothers are must find strength in each other to keep pushing forward and make sure they can dig out a new life for one another.

The game releases today on all major platforms, though Xbox owners can find a link to the Microsoft Store here, to purchase Episode 1. The season pass is not available at the time of writing this article.
