Need for Speed games in my experience of always felt a little bit hit or miss. But then something like Need for Speed Payback pops up. The gameplay reflects what is loved by the series, fast cars and gorgeous landscapes. But this instalment looks to have taken inspiration from both Burnout and The Fast and the Furious series. Payback looks to add a deep narrative behind the game as well as a variety of stunts in the game. The slow motion collision are a very nice touch.
