I can’t tell you how many years I have been waiting for a Monster Hunter title to come to console. The series has always been a favourite of mine for its co-operative based action, RPG crafting system and challenging quests. And now, Monster Hunter World is coming to consoles, and it looks better than ever.

Monster Hunter World actually looks open world. Previous instalments have had the player navigating sections of the map but in this case, it looks like the player can seamlessly move around the environment. Add in the new tools such as the wrist crossbow and grapple hook. I am very excited about earl 2018 when this should arrive.
